'DriftWindow' originated from a vision: to deliver true Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Bianchi family in 1985, our small, family-owned pizzeria inherited recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation.

Marco Bianchi, our founder, mastered the craft of pizza-making while exploring Italy, learning from esteemed pizzaiolos in Naples—the homeland of pizza. Once back in the UK, her goal was to replicate the essence of classic Italian pizza, sticking to age-old techniques and the finest materials.

From our humble beginnings as a quaint 12-seat establishment, we've blossomed into a treasured local fixture, yet our dedication to excellence and genuine practices remains unchanged. We continue employing the same wood-burning oven procedures, preparing our dough each day from scratch, and choosing top-grade components.

Today, 'DriftWindow' is still family-owned, with the Bianchi lineage at the helm, guiding our devoted crew. Even as we integrate modern touches, the core of what we do stays intact: producing luscious, authentic pizza that unites our customers.
